Jay Cooks Bakery is a small-batch, organic bakery based in Wrenshall. We make a variety of baked goods – including sourdough bread, New York-style chewy bagels, ooey-gooey cookies, and pillowy soft rolls.
We are always open for pre-orders, but we have our farmstand out every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday beginning at 10 am. Sign up for reminders and updates!

Visit the Farmstand
The farmstand is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free items only), and Saturdays from 10 am – 7 pm (or sold out).
Normally, we staff the farmstand on Saturdays from 10 am – 12 pm so we can chat with our wonderful community!
Pre-Order
If you place a pre-order and need it by a particular day, we will make it happen! Just let us know.
